DAY 7: Chocolate Pretzel Toffee Bark

Another very tasty bark.   These barks take little to no effort.  Just melt a little chocolate and crunch up a few ingredients throw it all together, and wait for it to set up.  A quick and easy gift.

Day 4: I'm not really sure if Bark is a "cookie" but it works great as a quick gift, so I thought I would share some of these recipes just the same.

If you love peppermint, you'll love this Candy Cane Bark.  It's such an easy recipe (you know I'm all about easy--especially at this time of year!) and makes a great festive addition to neighbor cookie plates.

Day 3: Soft Almond Sugar Cookies.  These are so YUMMY.  However, this is another dough that needs to be chilled for at least 30 minutes prior to rolling and baking, so keep that in mind if you are baking more than one cookie recipe at a time.

Day Two: Lemon Cool Whip Crinkle Cookies
These cookies are delicious!  They taste even better than they look.  My two-year old granddaughter kept climbing up onto the chair and helping herself to these cookies, she loved them so much.
