Tasty Tuesday--Cinnamon Roll Waffles



Need a quick and easy breakfast item?  My daughter dreamed these up.  Using prepared refrigerated Cinnabon rolls in your waffle iron, you have breakfast in a snap!

DIRECTIONS
Cook Cinnabon rolls into a hot waffle iron.  Garnish with icing.

Tasty Tuesday--Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas



I have a recipe for some sour cream enchiladas that I got from my sister-in-law.  I make them every once in a while when all of my family gets together.  They have a LOT of sour cream and cheese in them, so I don't make them very often, but they are delicious!  My daughter came up with this recipe, because of that one--although this one uses NO sour cream!  Instead she used Greek yogurt, much lower in calories and she achieved the same great taste.  Winner!

Tasty Tuesday--Old Fashioned Pancakes


On Saturday morning, I fixed my husband pancakes for breakfast.  This is one of his favorite breakfast foods.  This recipe is simple, delicious and goes with a basic pat of butter and some syrup to your favorite more indulgent toppings--whatever they may be.

Tasty Tuesday--Banana Muffins with Crumb Topping


Sorry I'm so late in getting this posted.  Time is just getting away from me this last week or so.  Thanks to everyone who has wished my mom a speedy recovery.  She is still in the hospital, but is improving and will hopefully go home in the next day or so.

I changed this recipe a little.  I used some Virgin Coconut Oil in place of the butter.

Tasty Tuesday--Greek Olive Potato Salad



One of my favorite summer salads is potato.  And there are so many varieties of this summertime favorite.  Some I have tried--not worth retrying, but this one is rather tasty.  There are 200 calories per serving for this yummy salad and a serving is 3/4 cup.  So this is not as healthy as eating a dish of veggies, but not too bad when planning a fun BBQ.
