This is another one of my daughter's recipes and photo. She made it for a special dinner celebration.
6 cups water
2 cups white wine
2 each 1 to 1.5 lbs. lobsters
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
Place all ingredients in a deep pot or Dutch oven and bring to a boil on high heat. Place lobster, topside down, in the broth. Reduce heat to medium and cook covered for approximately 6 minutes.
With a pair of tongs, turn lobsters and cook for another 6 minutes. Remove lobsters from broth and enjoy.
