Trick-or-Treat bags

I decided to make Trick-or-Trick bags for my two little granddaughters this year. I usually buy them some sort of little tote and fill it with some treats, but this year I got more crafty.

Halloween is almost here! Is everyone ready ready for the little ghosts and goblins to arrive at their door? For those that have to go out, I hope you all have good Trick-or Treating weather. For the ones staying at home greeting the little spooks, hopefully you will find something to help pass your time. Happy Halloween everyone!

Repurposed Drawer

I had come across a great re-purposed drawer project on Pinterest. Of course I pinned it to my boards, but I couldn't get it out of my head. And then, Holly from Holly's Stamping Addiction, took me to a local thrift store called Re-Store. It's a local habitat for humanity store (you can find all sorts of cool items there). They had a bunch of cabinet drawers of various sizes, colors and shabbiness. I found a drawer I liked and took it home. I wanted my drawer to look like the one I'd pinned to my boards.

Halloween Cupcake Kit

I was planning on participating in a Halloween giveaway a while ago. The participants needed to submit a gift that was worth at least $25.00 and was Halloween related. I thought about it for a while and finally settled on a Halloween Cupcake Kit. I began to get all of these great ideas for the kit and then the giveaway was cancelled. :(

Since my mind was already racing with all of these ideas, I decided to go ahead and make my kit anyway. I figured I could always use it as a gift for someone. Above is a photo of the box and a few of the items I put inside. The next one shows everything I have stuffed inside that black box. I know it's hard to see everything in one picture, so I'm going to break it down some for you.

Creative Corner Hop #33
