Want a nice little treat just for nibbling? Try these bacon-coated mini cheese balls. They're just the right size for a quick indulgence. Or if you need a dish for a potluck or a party, you can't go wrong by bringing these...
INGREDIENTS:
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded shard cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped olives
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp. pepper
1package Morning Star Farms Veggie Bacon Strips
Assorted crackers

1. In a large bowl, beat the first nine ingredients until blended.
Shape into balls.
2. Place bacon into a small shallow dish; roll cheese balls in bacon. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve with crackers.
