A week or so ago, a friend of mine came by so I could help her with some crocheting. She had recently taken a crochet class and had received a pattern for a kitchen scrubbie. At first, I didn't really know what she was talking about?? But she explained that the scrubbie was crocheted around with cotton yarn. So, Saturday morning I sat down and attempted to make a couple of kitchen flower scrubbies. This is one of them.
And the back is cover like a kitchen dish cloth.

There are also patterns out there for scrubbies crocheted out of tulle. I like those because you don't have to buy a scrubbie to make a scrubbie. These are still really cute though!
ReplyDeleteThese scrubbies take the place of a dish cloth and a scrubbie all in one. The scrubbies made out of tulle can't be used for this purpose. However, I have made those and they are great! Thanks for stopping by and leaving your comments.
